This person will adhere to operational policies and procedures in order to maintain full compliance with NCAA and university regulations, as well as compliance with terms of contracts with suppliers.
The Business Operations Associate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior administrators to review and analyze budgets and assist in creating reports destined for both internal and external audiences. Such duties may include tracking procurement cycles and accounts payable analyzing financial statements, ledgers, and accounts review of Procurement Cards and reconciliation of cost centers.
Under the close supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations and her designee, the incumbent will assist in the day to day management of designated athletic cost centers. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Business Operations Associate is responsible for supporting a broad range of administrative and financial services in the Business and Finance Office of a Division I NCAA program serving 30 varsity sports and over 750 student-athletes.
